Update for seed sale participants
Changes in vesting schedule for tokens sold via seed sale.
This short article is to inform all our seed sale participants regarding the changes in our vesting schedule, why we decided to change it, and how you can claim a refund if you didn’t like the change.
Details about the seed sale
End Date: 20th August 2021
Allocation: 7.5% (7.5M $iBFR) of the total supply
Swap rate A: @ 1 BnB = 26,250 $iBFR ~($0.012/$iBFR)
Swap rate B: @ 1 BNB = 35,000 $iBFR ~($0.012/$iBFR)
BNB prices increased singnificantly during our seed sale so we changed the seed sale during our final whitelisitng to keep token price same as $0.012.
IDO price
We have decided to keep the IDO price of $iBFR token at $0.05/token and the listing price is kept at $0.075/token. This is a 6.25X increase compared to the seed sale price 🤯.
Updates in the Vesting schedule
- Upfront release post-IDO will be 5% instead of 20%
- 1 month after the IDO remaining tokens will be released monthly over 10 months.
Why the vesting schedule has been changed?
As you can see the listing price ($0.075) is at a multiple of 6.25X to the seed sale price ($0.012). This gain is rare to find with any project and we have decided to keep it high in order to reward our initial supporters, but at the same time, we want them to be part of our ecosystem for the longer term and realise the real value of the token which would be much higher than 6.25X.
Although, we understand that’s a sudden change and everyone might have not planned for it. So in order to keep things transparent and fair, we will allow all the seed sale participants to claim a refund of their contribution. You just have to fill the form using the below link

The refund amount will be in USDC at $0.012/token and you can check your tokens allocated here to decide on how many tokens you want to be refunded for.
You can claim a partial or full refund of your contribution. You just have to mention the number of tokens you want to be refunded for in the refund claim form.
